Got my new RAV4. Hard to find with such a shortage but Stephen Prince made the transaction easy. Did everything in advance to make it easier when we got there. Took more time to explain all the new gadgetry and functions than to sign the docs. Always a process buying a new vehicle but they made it as easy as possible.
The salesmen G & his associate were so helpful. I appreciated that he heard me out with numbers and allowed me to express my needs and wants with a future car.

Recently purchased a GR Corolla from Blackstone Toyota, in Fresno. The customer service from the sales and financing department was super great. I was helped out by Ajay Sharma, he was knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing which was nice since the GR cars from Toyota are much more limited so not all dealer have staff knowledgeable on them. When I asked for a certain part of the car to be checked by the service department he made sure it got done. Would definitely recommend car shopping here to my friends and family.
